Preparing Process Recommandation
1. Establish a straight-line access to the canal openings.
2. Explore the canals with stainless steel hand instruments; it is recommended to irrigating first, then use at least a size K file to the working length.
3. Employ a #17/04 file in one or more passes, interchanging with small-sized hand files if necessary, until reaching working length.
4. Passively use a #25/04 MH file to the working length; if it does not reach the working length, use a #20/04 shaping instrument to reach the working length.
5. If the #25/04 file reaches the working length with minimal resistance or if a larger apical shape is desired, additional instruments such as #30, #35, #40, etc., can be utilized.
